SERVICES

What we do.

Cytoprotidian is a boutique life sciences advisory delivering medical affairs, translational and clinical development, and AI-enabled computational biology services across the drug-development lifecycle – from early discovery through clinical and post-marketing stages. Every service below reflects work the team has personally done inside pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.

Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, AI and Data Science

Multi-Omics and Translational Data Analysis: Genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, spatial and single-cell data analysis spanning early discovery through clinical development.

Single-Cell and Functional Genomics: scRNA-seq/snRNA-seq analysis, disease-state characterization and target prioritization.

Biomarker Strategy: Predictive, prognostic and pharmacodynamic biomarker discovery and validation across preclinical and clinical programs, including patient-selection strategies that decide who belongs in the trial.

Biomarker Analysis Leadership: End-to-end biomarker analysis for clinical programs, including global biomarker analysis leadership for commercial-stage assets and biomarker packages delivered into regulatory submissions.

Clinical and Translational Data Science: End-to-end data strategy across the full R&D pipeline, from early discovery through Phase 1-3 clinical trials and post-marketing studies.

AI and GenAI-Enabled Workflows: LLM-assisted literature mining, hypothesis generation and scientific decision support, built as reproducible pipelines.

Bioinformatics Pipeline Development: Scalable, reproducible analytical infrastructure (Nextflow, Docker) and data engineering.

Data Infrastructure and Reporting: FAIR-compliant data management, interactive dashboards and cross-functional reporting tools.

Real-World Data and Diagnostics: RWD integration and NGS/diagnostic-vendor evaluation to support biomarker and companion diagnostic strategy.

Regulatory-Facing Scientific Documentation: Biomarker analysis plans and IND/CTA/CSR support under FDA/EMA/ICH GCP/GLP standards.

CRO and Vendor Management: Full-cycle oversight of sample logistics, assay readiness, QC and data delivery.

Scientific Staff Recruiting and Mentorship: Building and developing computational biology and data science teams for client organizations.

AI Product Strategy Advice: Product strategy and clinical validation guidance for early-stage AI-driven biotech companies.

Medical Affairs and Medical Strategy

Medical Strategy: Strategic medical affairs guidance across client programs and portfolios, from pre-launch to post-marketing.

Scientific Diligence: Assessment of biological rationale, competitive differentiation and development feasibility for programs, partnerships and investment decisions.

Launch Strategy and Readiness: End-to-end launch planning and medical readiness, grounded in global launch programs for seven products across rare diseases, immunology, hematology and gastroenterology.

Evidence Planning: Clinical, real-world and landscape evidence mapped to the decisions it must support.

AI in Medical Affairs: GenAI strategy and adoption for medical organizations, AI-based diagnostics diligence, and AI-enabled scientific landscape analysis – built to survive scientific and compliance scrutiny.

Patient Access Program Design: Access strategy for rare diseases, including the design of India’s first rare-disease patient access program.

Medical Capability Building: Scientific training and capability programs for medical affairs and field medical teams.

Medical Support: Scientific and medical support to client projects as engagement needs require.

Translational and Clinical Development

Program Strategy: Translational and clinical development strategy support across the drug-development continuum – what has to be true for a program to move from protein to clinic.

Cross-Functional Program Leadership: Alignment across translational, clinical, statistics and regulatory functions for client engagements.

Clinical Development Input: Protocol design and clinical strategy input informed by Phase I-IV development experience and regulatory approvals in multiple markets.

Evidence, HEOR and Value

HEOR and Evidence-Generation Planning: Evidence plans aligned to the product lifecycle and to the audiences who judge value.

Evidence Gap Analysis: A clear view of what clinicians, payers and regulators still need to see – and the studies that would show it.

Value Narrative Development: A defensible value story built from clinical, real-world and HEOR evidence.

Scientific Communications and Publications

Publication Planning and Execution: Global publication strategy and delivery across the product lifecycle (40+ deliverables, including manuscripts in JCO, JAMA Oncology, the Journal of Thoracic Oncology and Blood).

Scientific Narratives: Message platforms that translate complex evidence into communications that carry weight with clinicians and decision-makers.

Congress Communications: Abstracts, presentations and posters for leading congresses (ASCO, ASH, WCLC, ISTH).

Evidence Dissemination: Dissemination strategy for clinical, real-world and HEOR evidence, partnering with cross-functional teams, key opinion leaders and external agencies.

What we do not do

No wet-lab experimentation. No CRO-style trial operations or site management. Nothing outside the team’s documented experience – if a problem needs a different specialist, we say so and help find one.
